Join our team as a Commercial Diesel Mechanic! We are looking for a skilled diesel mechanic with experience in truck and trailer maintenance. In this role, you will be working with Cummins and Detroit engines performing routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Keep necessary and organized records in our maintenance database
- Work with various vendors for parts and any other specialized assistance
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Have strong knowledge of Cummins and Detroit engines
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up to date with DOT regulations and compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equipment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics and repair
- Valid Class A CDL (preferred but not required)
