Inside Sales Representative
monday – thursday: 7:30Am – 5:00Pm
Join our team as an Inside Sale Representative! We are looking for a dependable and efficient individual to support our customers and outside sales representatives. In this position, you will be responsible for providing product information, processing orders, generating quotes, and building strong relationships over the phone and in-person at our showroom. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Assist customers in selecting metal roofing panels, trims, siding, and building components
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and industry trends
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Preferred (NOT Required): Construction, Building Materials, or Roofing Knowledge
- Previous sales or customer service experience
